Попробуйте методику настройки GeForce 8200 без PS, используя только soft15khz. Сорри, времени нет на изложение, потому текст из архива (для янки):

Unzip it to any convenient place, for example, in the root of drive C:

Connect CarPC to the regular computer monitor.
Then practice with how to turn off Windows, using only the keyboard, not
seeing the pictures on the screen!
This is due to the fact that the computer monitor will not display anything
with a resolution 800x480i, which is necessary to the Honda/Acura's monitor.

Run program soft15khz.exe from the archive.
Click once on all buttons Install 15, 25, 31kHz, User.
Close the program.

The next time this program needed only if you reinstall Windows on the
CarPC.

Next step: use 800x480 resolution, 32 bit (word "Interlaced" will not be
visible) here - Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Adapter> List All Modes

The computer monitor stops displaying the picture.

If you want to return back - run Windows in Safe Mode and install the
